Job Description :
The CRM Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with the CRM Solution Architect, functional area leads and subject matter experts in the identification, development and support of various business solutions based on the Salesforce platform. The BSA will demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills by recommending solutions and improvements that can be accomplished through technology. The BSA will also assist with on-boarding tasks (requirements gathering, data mapping, user management, change management) of new departments within the organization. The ownership of day-to-day tasks, such as report generation, administration configuration changes (declarative), will also be expected.

Key Responsibilities :
● Working directly with business areas to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization and delivery (training and documentation)
● Configuration and maintenance of declarative Salesforce capabilities (reporting, page layouts)
● Understanding when configuration, programming (Visualforce/Apex), or 3rd party solutions are appropriate in Salesforce
● Supporting internal user administration - permissions, access and general usability questions
● Verification and regression testing of new and existing functionality before the a release to users
● Monitoring and responding to feature and support requests from business users
● Participating in daily scrum meetings to report progress and obstacles

Required Skills and Experience :
● BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience
● Previous Salesforce administration experience (+5 years)
● Certified Salesforce Administrator (201) (Certified Salesforce Developer (401) a plus)
● Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - with technical and non-technical people
● Ability to work independently, keeping track of a number of continuing problems, requests, and projects
● Previous experience working in an agile environment a plus
